The Weeping Willows are the military arm of Kostaka, created in 2016 under the direction of Kost. From the beginning, the Willows were never intended to function as conventional corporate security. They were built for jobs ordinary security companies, police forces, and conventional military units could not handle.
The Willows specialise in direct action, reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, urban warfare, counter-insurgency, high-risk extraction, infrastructure security, and offensive operations. Their personnel are trained to operate independently, maintain combat effectiveness in hostile environments, and adapt when an operation goes wrong.
They are not a standard private military company.
Kostaka does not maintain the Willows simply to guard executives or warehouses. The organisation possesses its own command structure, specialised personnel, intelligence capabilities, logistical network, and combat doctrine. Its operators are expected to function as soldiers first and corporate personnel second.
A Weeping Willow deployment can involve securing strategic installations, penetrating hostile territory, recovering personnel, dismantling enemy positions, or holding ground until reinforcements arrive. Their operations are built around speed, discipline, intelligence, and decisive action once contact is made.
The Willows do not rely on perfect conditions. Communications can fail. Routes can be compromised. Objectives can change. Personnel can become isolated. None of these are reasons to abandon the mission.
They adapt. They continue.
Within Ronograd, the Willows have one objective: destroy the RLF and PoD's ability to continue fighting. Every advance, extraction, assault, and defensive action contributes toward that goal.
The RLF and PoD remain in Ronograd. So do the Weeping Willows.
Their campaign ends when the enemy can no longer resist.
Until then, they keep moving forward.
